1. Facts
Compare names, dates, addresses, amounts and property facts with the supplied instruction or branch record. Fluency is not evidence.
2. Missing information
Confirm whether an absent fact is genuinely not needed or whether the branch must supply it. Missing should never silently become not applicable.
3. Tone and audience
Check that the output sounds like the branch and is suitable for the intended recipient. Management reports and agency customer letters have different branding and tone rules.
4. Risk boundary
Identify legal, financial, valuation, complaint and safeguarding issues that require escalation or a controlled template.
5. Final control
The branch reviews and sends the customer communication. Human checked does not mean the agency gives up its own decision.
