By using this website you agree to use it lawfully and in accordance with these terms. You can contact Tiffbox to ask about the service before deciding whether it is suitable for your branch.
A paid Tiffbox Assist service is governed by the applicable Service Agreement, per branch Order Form, Data Processing Agreement and any other documents agreed in writing. Nothing on this public website changes those signed documents.
Prepared service examples
The See it in action page contains prepared fictional examples showing the type of work Tiffbox Assist can produce. The names, properties, figures and circumstances are illustrative and do not describe a real client case.
Real Tiffbox Assist work follows the agency's approved facts, branding and voice. Customer facing work enters human review before it is treated as ready for the agency, and the agency retains the final approval and sending decision.
No professional advice
The website, calculator and prepared examples do not provide legal, financial, tax, valuation, property, employment, regulatory or compliance advice. They should not be used to make a legal or similarly significant decision about another person.
Do not treat a prepared website example as advice or as a completed communication for a real case. Seek qualified advice where the subject requires it.
No client relationship from the website
Using the website, completing a calculator or viewing an example does not create a client relationship, agency relationship, retainer or obligation for Tiffbox to provide a service. A service begins only when the required documents have been agreed and Tiffbox confirms the start arrangements.
Acceptable use
You must not use the website to break the law, infringe another person's rights, submit malicious code, impersonate another person, overload the service, extract protected instructions, bypass a rate limit, obtain information about another visitor or gain access to any private Tiffbox system.
The public website has no authorised access to the private Tiffbox Assist Hub, client workspaces, reports or operational customer records.
Accuracy and availability
We take reasonable care when preparing website information, but public content and prepared examples may be incomplete or unsuitable for a particular branch. Calculator figures are illustrative estimates based on the values and assumptions shown.
Tiffbox may change, limit, pause or withdraw any public feature where this is necessary for security, maintenance, legal compliance or service improvement.
Intellectual property and permitted use
The Tiffbox Assist name, visual identity, website design, original written content and service materials belong to Tiffbox or the relevant rights holder. You may view and share links to the public pages for lawful business evaluation.
You may copy a fictional prepared example for internal evaluation. You must not present the website, brand or examples as your own service or claim an endorsement that does not exist.
Privacy and service providers
The website privacy notice explains how public website information is used. Netlify hosts the website, forms and protected analytics functions. The prepared examples do not send visitor instructions to an external AI provider.
Responsibility
The website is provided for initial business information and evaluation. Tiffbox is not responsible for a decision, communication or loss caused by treating a prepared website example as approved work for a real case.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Links to other websites
The website may link to third party websites or services. Those services have their own terms and privacy information. A link does not mean Tiffbox controls or endorses all content on the linked service.
Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated when the website, examples, law or service arrangements change. The updated date at the top identifies the current public version.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory rights that apply.
